1) Contact Matt in order to fill out a Buyer Intake Form: This form will ask you basic questions which will enable me to pull a fully confidential Tri-merge credit report which we will actually use to qualify you. This is not a mickey mouse internet credit report. It is an industrial all inclusive report which would normally cost $50. We pull this for you for FREE.
2) Meet with Matt to review your report: We will determine if work needs to be done in order to bring your credit scores in line with the lender requirements. We will also review the different loans available to you, how much money you may need (if any), and what your payments would be. We will discuss downpayment grants, the wide range of government loans, and the COMBINATIONS of loans available to you in order to get you the LOWEST interest rate with the least amount of cash out of pocket. Once we determine the payment that you qualify for we will then translate this payment into a loan amount and actually be able to search for homes in your price range right in the comfort of my office on a widescreen display!!
3) Determine where you stand: After reviewing the financing options and homes available you will determine if you are willing and able to start looking for homes and then LET THE SEARCH BEGIN by visiting all of the homes which meet your needs.
