Matt is a Charlottesville native whose work experience includes over 20 years in the real estate industry.  Matt entered the business in August of 1990 at the age of 20 with Electronic Realty Associates (ERA). He was recognized by the Charlottesville Area Association of Realtors (CAAR) as a Top Producing Realtor in his 2nd full year of sales (1993).  Less than 20% of CAAR Realtors attain this distinction.  Matt was recognized as the # 1 Realtor in Central Virginia by CAAR in 1999 with over 100 closed transactions consisting mainly of new construction with a focus on first time homebuyers.  He was also recognized as the # 1 Realtor for RE/MAX Realty Specialists in 1999 and 2001.
